Six Sigma Program

logo_6sigma100x99Six Sigma is a powerful performance improvement methodology that was recently adopted at the hospitals, nursing homes and throughout continuing care operations of Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI). Previously utilized in non-healthcare settings it has proven to be a successful approach to enhancing patient care outcomes and as a staff development program with dozens of CHSLI team members earning their Green Belt designation.
